The team focused primarily on digital tools in human resources management and their impact on team loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, SharksCode presented the award to the winner in the \u201cDigital HR\u201d category. The winner was Carlsberg Ukraine\u2019s \u201cWelcome Way\u201d onboarding system. The project was recognized for its successful combination of technology and a people-centric approach\u2014a priority that is also central to SharksCode\u2019s internal culture.<\/p>\n<p>Inna Izhik, Talent Development Manager at SharksCode, who presented the company\u2019s experience in the field of digital learning, notes: \u201cIt\u2019s important to us that digitalization doesn\u2019t replace communication, but rather creates space for it. The Carlsberg Ukraine case study demonstrated how an automated system can be truly human-centered. At SharksCode, we are convinced that the synergy of technology and humanity is the only path forward for the development of Ukraine\u2019s modern HR community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Participating in the awards gave the team an opportunity to share its own best practices in the field of L&amp;D (learning and development) and draw inspiration from the experiences of colleagues.
