SharksCode — a partner of Forbes AI Day

SharksCode partnered with Forbes AI Day—one of the key events on the implementation of artificial intelligence in business, which took place on April 2 in Kyiv.

The conference brought together representatives from the business world, technology companies, and the expert community to discuss the central question: how the speed of adaptation to AI determines companies’ competitiveness today.

During the event, SharksCode shared its practical experience in implementing AI solutions. Svitlana Onishchenko, Chief Human Resources Officer, spoke about the transformation of the company’s internal processes using AI agents.

One such solution was “Akulina,” an AI agent for onboarding, which automated a significant portion of the onboarding process for new employees. As a result, the team reduced onboarding time by 40–50% and freed up at least 12 hours of a people partner’s time for each onboarding process. Overall, about 30% of the company’s processes are already automated, and this percentage continues to grow.
