SharksCode at the HR Brand Ukraine 2025 Awards

The SharksCode team participated in the HR Brand Ukraine 2025 Awards as an expert partner. The team focused primarily on digital tools in human resources management and their impact on team loyalty.

During the event, SharksCode presented the award to the winner in the “Digital HR” category. The winner was Carlsberg Ukraine’s “Welcome Way” onboarding system. The project was recognized for its successful combination of technology and a people-centric approach—a priority that is also central to SharksCode’s internal culture.

Inna Izhik, Talent Development Manager at SharksCode, who presented the company’s experience in the field of digital learning, notes: “It’s important to us that digitalization doesn’t replace communication, but rather creates space for it. The Carlsberg Ukraine case study demonstrated how an automated system can be truly human-centered. At SharksCode, we are convinced that the synergy of technology and humanity is the only path forward for the development of Ukraine’s modern HR community.”

Participating in the awards gave the team an opportunity to share its own best practices in the field of L&D (learning and development) and draw inspiration from the experiences of colleagues. The joint development of the expert community remains one of the company’s key priorities for this year.
