SharksCode — Golden Partner of the Tech360: Policy Meets Technology Conference

On March 24, the SharksCode team took part in Tech360—one of the key events for Ukraine’s technology sector, organized by the IT Ukraine Association. This year, we participated as a Golden Partner of the event, which brought together over 600 attendees, more than 50 experts, and three thematic tracks centered on a shared vision for the development of the IT industry.

This is the second time we’ve partnered with this annual conference, but it was the first time we had our own booth. The centerpiece was an interactive AI activity: each portrait was transformed into a visual image conveying a unique idea or message.
Discussions at this year’s forum covered the most pressing topics: trends in the local IT market, new investment formats, non-traditional markets for scaling, changes in the labor market, and the development of digital sovereignty. A highlight was the presentation of “The Code of the Economy”—the first study to demonstrate, with verified calculations, the impact of the technology sector on the development of all industries in the country.

For us, participating in such events is an opportunity to be at the epicenter of change, better understand market dynamics, and strengthen ties within the community.

“Tech360 is where the future of Ukrainian IT is taking shape. For SharksCode, participating as a Golden Partner reaffirms our position: we don’t just observe the industry’s development—we are part of it. Ukrainian IT has all the prerequisites to become a global standard, and our mission is to be among those who prove this in practice,” says Anton Aseev, CEO of SharksCode.

Thank you to the IT Ukraine Association for organizing the event and to everyone who visited our booth. See you again soon!
