For some positions, we may ask you to complete a short practical task. This gives you a chance to show your skills in a setting that mirrors real project work.

Technical Interview

At this stage, you'll meet your future manager or technical team members. We'll discuss your experience, approach to work, professional challenges, and expectations for your future role.

Final Decision

Once all stages are complete, we'll provide feedback and agree on the next steps. If we're a great match for each other, we'll send you an offer and welcome you to SharksCode.

FAQ

SharksCode conducts a scheduled salary review once a year. The review takes into account the results of the performance review, goal achievement, quality of work, competency development, level of autonomy, changes in the scope of responsibility, and market benchmarks.
An unscheduled review is also possible—for example, after transitioning to a new role, advancing to a higher seniority level, or a significant expansion of responsibilities.
