- Experience in Mentoring and Managing QA Teams: 1+ years
- Experience in Testing Web/Mobile Applications: 4+ years
- Exceptional Analytical and Communication Skills
- Deep Understanding of Various API Types
- Good Understanding of CI/CD Processes
- Knowledge of Web Technologies: CSS/HTML5, Browser Debugging
- Understanding of Client/Server Architecture
- Extensive Experience with Tools: JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Qase.io
- Proficiency in English: Both verbal and written
- Strong Leadership Skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance Efforts: Oversee testing and quality assurance for release activities
- Investigate Production Issues: Collaborate with QA, development, and support teams
- Coordinate QA and Development Teams: Manage testing efforts for ongoing releases
- Manage Testing Plans and Cases: Create, update, and execute release testing plans and test cases
- Update Test Environments
- Participate in Product Delivery: Ensure smooth delivery to production
- Review Documentation and Models: Provide QA review for related documentation, design, and demo models
- Identify and Report Quality Risks
- Proactively Manage Issues: Take ownership, lead problem-solving activities, and drive solutions
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Gambling or Gaming Projects
- ISTQB Certification(s)
- Experience with Test Automation Tools
